Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Agreement

By accessing or using PicklePulse, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

• You are responsible for your account and the accuracy of information you provide.
• You will not misuse the service or interfere with others’ use.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are auto-renewing unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

4. Player Content

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a license to host and display it for the purpose of operating the service.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages as permitted by law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
