By accessing or using PicklePulse, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

You are responsible for your account and the accuracy of information you provide.
You will not misuse the service or interfere with others’ use.

3. Subscriptions & Trials

Some features may require a paid subscription. Trials convert to paid unless cancelled before renewal. Billing and refunds are managed by the platform provider (Apple App Store, Google Play) for in-app purchases.

4. Player Content

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a license to host and display it for the purpose of operating the service.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages as permitted by law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
